If you experience any issues related to the service provided within this period, we will inspect and resolve the problem at no additional cost.

2. No Refund Policy

As a service-based company using genuine spare parts, we maintain a no-refund policy. Once a service has been completed, payments made are non-refundable. If you have concerns about a service, please reach out to us within the 7-day service warranty period for assistance.

3. Spare Parts Warranty

BikeFixUp only uses genuine spare parts sourced from authorized suppliers. Any warranty claims for spare parts must be made directly with the manufacturer. We do not offer replacements or refunds for parts under manufacturer warranty.

4. Cancellation Policy

We believe in flexibility and customer satisfaction, so we offer free cancellations at any time before the service is performed. There are no cancellation fees or charges.
