₹999 is the number people see first, and the first thing they ask is whether it is the real price. It is — for a bike or scooter up to 110cc. This post lists exactly what that ₹999 covers, what it does not, and why a bigger engine costs more. Every price and checklist item below comes from our published service catalogue, not from a marketing estimate.
The short answer
- ₹999 + 18% GST is the general service price for two-wheelers up to 110cc.
- A ₹199 visit charge is listed separately.
- Spare parts are extra, and nothing is replaced without your approval.
- A typical service takes 45 to 90 minutes, at your home or office.
- Every service carries a 7-day warranty on workmanship.
The 15 items in a ₹999 service
This is the full checklist for the up-to-110cc general service, word for word from the catalogue:

Standard engine oil is included. If you want a premium oil instead, that is an upgrade at additional cost.
What the ₹999 does not include
- Spare parts. If a part needs replacing, you are told first and it is fitted only after you approve.
- The ₹199 visit charge, shown as its own line.
- 18% GST, which applies on all services.
- Towing, only if the bike cannot be serviced where it stands. Towing up to 5 km is listed separately at ₹599.
None of these are hidden. They are printed under “What’s Not Included” on every service card.
Why the price goes up with engine size
Price is set by engine capacity, not by add-ons you are pushed into. Here is the published general and premium service ladder:

Royal Enfield has its own dedicated services: ₹2,999 for 350–400cc models, ₹3,999 for 400–500cc, and ₹4,999 for the 650cc twins. Bikes above 450cc in the Super Premium category do not carry a published price — ask for a quote.
Some engine-size bands overlap, so the simplest way to see your exact package is to select your brand and model on the services page. Bigger and premium bikes cost more because they need specialised tools, higher-grade oil and more expert handling.
What the ₹2,999 premium service adds
The Premium Motorcycle Service (250–350cc) is not the ₹999 list with a markup. It is a different checklist. Beyond the basics, it includes:
- Premium engine oil replacement, and oil filter replacement if required
- ECU / basic diagnostics, and a wiring and sensors check
- Fuel injection / throttle body inspection
- Coolant level check
- Battery and voltage analysis
- Chain cleaning, lubrication and adjustment, plus clutch free-play adjustment
- Exhaust mounting and leakage inspection
- Nuts, bolts and torque tightening, and high-grade greasing
- A performance test ride
Repairs are separate — and yes, we do them
A service is a maintenance checklist. If the inspection turns up something that needs fixing, that is repair work, and it is quoted on its own. BikeFixUp does handle repair work, engine work and body work — the quote comes to you first, and the final bill only changes for repairs you have approved.
What we do not do
To keep doorstep service fast and consistent, these are not offered: puncture repair, tyre replacement, tube replacement, wheel alignment, chain slip and chain-broken repair.
One distinction worth making clearly: chain cleaning and lubrication is part of every service. Fixing a chain that is slipping or has broken is not.
How often should you book one?
Our general guidance is every 3,000–5,000 km or every 3–4 months, whichever comes first. If your owner’s manual gives a different interval for your model, follow the manual.
