EV servicing is not petrol servicing with the engine removed. There is no oil to change and no spark plug to clean — the work sits in the battery pack, the controller, the wiring harness, the motor and the charging system. Those are the parts that strand you, and those are the parts we check.
How much does electric scooter service cost?
Five EV services, each at a fixed price. Prices below are the service charge; +18% GST applies and spare parts are billed separately.

What gets checked in an EV service?
The ₹599 inspection is a 15-point major checklist. Higher packages build on it. Across the range we cover:
Battery and charging
- Battery health check and performance analysis
- Battery physical condition — swelling or leakage
- Charger and charging-port inspection
- BMS health and charging-system optimisation (Premium Care)
Electrical and control
- Controller / ECU functionality and cooling
- Main wiring and electrical connections
- Fuse and short-circuit risk check
- Display panel and speedometer
- Firmware check, where the vehicle supports it (Premium Care)
Motor and drive
- Motor performance — noise, vibration, overheating
- Throttle response and acceleration

Which electric scooters and bikes do you service?
We service Ola, Ather, Revolt, Tork, Okinawa, Vida and Joy E Bike electric two-wheelers at your doorstep. If your model is not on that list, call us before booking and we will confirm whether we can service it.
What is not included?
Stated upfront so there are no surprises on the bill:
- Spare parts — billed separately at cost
- Visit charge ₹199
- Towing charges, if required
- +18% GST on the service charge
- Battery repair or replacement — we inspect and diagnose; any replacement is quoted separately
We also do not offer puncture repair, tyre replacement, tube replacement, wheel alignment, or chain slip and chain-breakage work — on any vehicle, electric or petrol.
How does doorstep EV service work?
- Book online or call. Pick the service and a time slot.
- A mechanic comes to you. Home or office — the vehicle does not move.
- Diagnostics and service on site. Between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the package.
- Road test and report. You get a written diagnostic report and a 7-day workmanship warranty.

How much does electric scooter service cost?
Electric bike and scooter service starts from ₹599 and rises with the service type and the condition of the vehicle. The ₹599 inspection is the entry point; a full service is ₹999.
Do you repair electric bike batteries?
We provide inspection and diagnostics, including battery health and BMS checks. Battery repair or replacement is quoted separately — it is not part of the service charge.
Is electric vehicle servicing different from petrol bikes?
Yes. EV servicing focuses on the battery, controller, wiring and motor rather than engine components. There is no oil change, no spark plug and no air filter, but there is a great deal more electrical diagnostic work.
Do you provide doorstep EV service?
Yes. All services are performed at your home or office.
Is there a warranty?
Every service carries a 7-day service warranty covering workmanship issues. Parts carry their own manufacturer warranty where applicable.
Why is my electric scooter losing range?
Range loss usually traces back to battery health, charging behaviour, tyre pressure or brake drag. The ₹599 inspection is designed to identify which of these it is before you spend money on parts.
